We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to meet our organization's HR needs.
 

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure Fusion HCM modules to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to human resources, talent management, payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet client's specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in resolving system issues, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing system performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize the utilization of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM functionality, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Self-Service modules.
  • Experience 1-3 years
  • Proficient in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including setup, security, and data migration.
  • Experience with HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
