Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Purpose:
 
Financial Consultant plays a crucial role in providing expert financial advices and guidance to client. He is responsible for analyzing client’s financial situation, developing comprehensive financial plans, and recommending appropriate investment strategies. He also, should has an excellent analytical , valuable insights and communication skills to help client achieve their financial goals.

Duties and tasks:

• Responsible for the Configuration / build an Oracle ERP/FIN solutions (ETE implementation)
• Ability to construct CRP1 /CRP2 and gather data from client in a professional way.
• write MD40.0 MD50.0 and RD11 and other required implementation documents
• Participate in design discussions with client and lead design and process discussions
• Support the evaluation of the solution scenarios.
• Provide daily support for solving issues.
• Ability to perform in a workstream lead role, organizing, mentoring and providing quality assurance on deliverables
• Responsible for the creation of quality solution documentation, including, Functional specifications
• Strong understanding of the critical finance business processes around Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory to COGS, Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting, Record to Report and Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience with the business processes across all Financials modules.
• Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay functionality.
• Should be able to work with technical teams to design and test required reports. 
• Should be able to interact with both at offshore and onsite client engagements which involves implementation/support of Oracle Finance Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM,…)
• Responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the stream
• Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support



Cross-functional Duties and tasks:

• Communicate with other modules consultants (SCM , HCM, …etc) to test and approve full cycle. 
• Ability to make required adjustment during project phases.
• Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining / reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules.
• Consults offshore and/or onsite with internal/external clients on business requirements in order to provide support
• Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to solutions being implemented.

Qualifications and job-related certificates:


• From 3-5 years of experience in (Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle E-Business Suites)
• Able to work independently on a project (performing business analysis, creating User Stories)
• Able to work independently with a client (preparing / running demos, participating in workshops, collecting requirements, contacting the client)
• Experience as a lead consultant on the project
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualized new approaches and solutions.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• Preferable to has a CFA, CFO, AFM , CF, or other equivalent designation (completed or in progress).
