We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure Fusion HCM modules to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and training.
Duties and tasks:
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to human resources, talent management, payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet client's specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to demonstrate Fusion HCM capabilities and educate clients on system usage.
• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in resolving system issues, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing system performance.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and solutions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize the utilization of Oracle Fusion HCM.
Cross-functional Duties and tasks:
• Proven experience working as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM functionality, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Self-Service modules.
• Proficient in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including setup, security, and data migration.
• Experience with HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications and job-related certificates:
1-Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2 Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle FIN Consultant to join our team.
FIN Consultant t plays a crucial role in providing expert financial advices and guidance to client. He is responsible for analyzing client’s financial situation, developing comprehensive financial plans, and recommending appropriate investment strategies. He also, should has an excellent analytical , valuable insights and communication skills to help client achieve their financial goals.
Job Purpose:
Financial Consultant plays a crucial role in providing expert financial advices and guidance to client. He is responsible for analyzing client’s financial situation, developing comprehensive financial plans, and recommending appropriate investment strategies. He also, should has an excellent analytical , valuable insights and communication skills to help client achieve their financial goals.
Duties and tasks:
• Responsible for the Configuration / build an Oracle ERP/FIN solutions (ETE implementation)
• Ability to construct CRP1 /CRP2 and gather data from client in a professional way.
• write MD40.0 MD50.0 and RD11 and other required implementation documents
• Participate in design discussions with client and lead design and process discussions
• Support the evaluation of the solution scenarios.
• Provide daily support for solving issues.
• Ability to perform in a workstream lead role, organizing, mentoring and providing quality assurance on deliverables
• Responsible for the creation of quality solution documentation, including, Functional specifications
• Strong understanding of the critical finance business processes around Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory to COGS, Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting, Record to Report and Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience with the business processes across all Financials modules.
• Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay functionality.
• Should be able to work with technical teams to design and test required reports.
• Should be able to interact with both at offshore and onsite client engagements which involves implementation/support of Oracle Finance Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM,…)
• Responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the stream
• Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support
Cross-functional Duties and tasks:
• Communicate with other modules consultants (SCM , HCM, …etc) to test and approve full cycle.
• Ability to make required adjustment during project phases.
• Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining / reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules.
• Consults offshore and/or onsite with internal/external clients on business requirements in order to provide support
• Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to solutions being implemented.
Qualifications and job-related certificates:
• From 3-5 years of experience in (Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle E-Business Suites)
• Able to work independently on a project (performing business analysis, creating User Stories)
• Able to work independently with a client (preparing / running demos, participating in workshops, collecting requirements, contacting the client)
• Experience as a lead consultant on the project
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualized new approaches and solutions.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• Preferable to has a CFA, CFO, AFM , CF, or other equivalent designation (completed or in progress).

Duties and tasks:
1- Delivering projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle SCM technology.
2- Using our industry leading methodologies to transform client’s businesses.
3- Where needed, carry out additional responsibilities such as; business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, test and deploy, stakeholder management, change management, people/line management.
4- Able to work independently on a project (performing business analysis, creating User Stories)
5- Work independently with a client (preparing / running demos, participating in workshops, collecting requirements, contacting the client)
6- Act as consultant on the project (e.g. Lead Consultant, Lead BA)
Cross-functional Duties and tasks:
1- Coordinate with FIN Track
2- Coordinate with HCM Track
3- Coordinate with Technical Track
Qualifications and job related certificates:
1- 3+ years of Experience.
2- A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
3- Implementation experience of 1 or more Oracle modules in the relevant area.
4- Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on ERP projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration. conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post ‘go live’ support.
5- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
6- Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
7- Strong client relationship skills
